We have now heard the clarion call for reopening the economy and getting back to living with the coronavirus. Albeit with social distancing. How shall we integrate and get back to having a fulfilling life. It’s important to understand the checks and balances we will incorporate in our daily lives.

Washing hands with soap and water is a must. Carry soap strips with you and wash whoever possible. Use a mask, cloth, dupatta any clean cloth to cover your mouth and nose.

Psychologically if you are not in a mood learn the art of positive motivation to gain goals. So, getting ready to go to work and reaching there and showing up is one of the most important things. Any medication drowsiness wears off. Activity will make your mind more alert.

If you have any fears, share it with your therapist. What is the worst that can happen? Maybe you get Covid? But remember almost 50% people recover in India and the rate is only going up. So get ready to move out of your home and start living without fearing the Coronavirus. Maintain Social Distancing.
